Are you analytically strong and would you like to make a major contribution to our production processes with your insights? As a Back-office Administrator you will play an important role in our Business Office at our Helmond site.

As a Business Office employee you analyse and report on labour hours and material consumption. You identify deviations, perform variance analyses and initiate improvements to increase efficiency. Together with your manager we want to make optimal use of your strengths to make the department more all-round. In this role you may also take part in improvement projects and, if applicable, lead your own projects. You will work at least 32 hours (or full-time) per week, with working days agreed in consultation. You will be based on-site in Helmond, so you know what is happening in operations and can quickly coordinate with colleagues.

You support the Business Office in analysing production data and improving processes. This gives you a clear view of our internal processes and opportunities for improvement within the organisation. Depending on your ambitions, we will agree together on your primary and secondary tasks.

  • You take part in improvement projects at our Helmond site and, in consultation with your manager, may also independently take on improvement projects within the supply chain.
  • You analyse and report deviations in material consumption.
  • Various administrative tasks typical for the department.
  • You develop and improve management information and reports.
     


 

  • MBO+ / HBO level of education and thinking;
  • Knowledge of information systems; experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage;
  • Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
  • You are analytical, alert and accurate;
  • You are decisive, results-oriented and a real team player;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Safety- and quality-conscious;

We also offer:
•    A gross salary between €3,200 and €3,500 per month, depending on education and experience;
•    3% year-end bonus;
•    A challenging full-time position within a growing international organisation;

•    40 days off on a full-time basis (25 holiday days and 15 ATV days);
