Van Geloven is the market leader in frozen snacks in the Benelux, with over 1,500 colleagues in the Netherlands and Belgium and strong brands such as Mora, Van Dobben, de Bourgondiër and Souflesse. We offer a warm, informal culture where safety, collaboration and growth are central.

We have locations in Tilburg, Maastricht and Helmond.

Approximately 1,500 employees work at Van Geloven. Since 2016, we have been part of McCain, which has more than 25,000 employees worldwide.

Employment conditions vary by role, but often include: 8% holiday pay, 3% year-end bonus, a shift allowance (where applicable), a staff shop with discounts, training opportunities and, for some roles, an attendance bonus for not taking sick leave.

Yes, at some locations we offer part-time roles and flexible schedules. Availability varies by location.
