Sustainability plays a major role at Van Geloven

Our commitment to the environment, animal welfare and society is at the heart of our corporate mission. We continually strive to develop sustainable products that meet the growing demand for responsible food. Our range of meat-free options is a concrete example of how we respond to the shift towards reduced meat consumption. Our aim is to make no less than 50% of our range meat-free by 2025, and we are on track to achieve this. The meat products we still process are carefully selected from sources that uphold high animal welfare standards.

We also pay close attention to the origin and use of sustainable raw materials, food safety and the responsible composition of our snacks. All these aspects are embedded in our sustainability policy. We have built our organisation on five core pillars, which we call the '5 B's': engaged people, mindful snacking, reliable sources and better snacks. Step by step, snack by snack, we are committed to a more sustainable future.
