As Talent Brand Partner, you are responsible for promoting and further strengthening our employer brand. You are the connecting force between recruitment, marketing and the business. You know better than anyone how to not only reach talent, but genuinely resonate with them and connect them to our organisation. With your creative ideas and sense for employer branding, you ensure candidates get an inspiring and recognisable impression of working at Van Geloven.
You develop and execute eye-catching campaigns that put our factories firmly on the map as attractive places to work. In doing so, you elevate our employer brand and the candidate experience to the next level.
You are part of the Talent Acquisition team and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
What will you do?
- Further develop and implement the employer branding strategy that strengthens Van Geloven's employer brand and positions it distinctively in the market;
- Develop and execute creative (online and offline) campaigns to attract talent, ranging from operators to managers and specialists;
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal communications to develop a targeted approach;
- Translate labour market insights and data into concrete actions and ongoing improvements in campaigns;
- Advise on and optimise visibility on job boards, social media and careers pages;
- Create strong and consistent content, such as job postings, social posts, videos and campaigns;
- Monitor and enhance the candidate experience from an employer branding perspective;
- Coordinate and manage employer branding projects, overseeing planning and progress.
- You have a completed bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing or HR;
- You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience;
- You are proficient with tools such as Adobe (including InDesign and Photoshop) to visualise ideas effectively;
- You combine a creative mindset with an analytical approach and can translate concepts into thoughtful, compelling solutions;
- You work proactively and gather information and inspiration from the factory and from stakeholders;
- You are flexible and willing to travel to different factories in the Netherlands;
- You are preferably available full time;
- You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

In addition, we offer:
- A salary between €3,800 and €4,800 gross per month based on a full-time contract, depending on your knowledge and work experience;
- 3% year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance;
- A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment;
- 40 days off per year (25 holiday days + 15 ATV for full-time employment);
