As a supervising operator in our modern production hall you play a crucial role in running a specific zone of the production process. You’ll lead a team of six, including yourself. You have experience in the food industry or a similar sector and have held a supervisory role.
You report to a supervisor who is responsible for the hall.
Your responsibilities:
- You run a specific zone of the production process and coordinate a team of colleagues.
- You ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- You optimise processes and aim for continuous improvement.
- You work with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
You work a 3-shift schedule: (morning 06:00 - 14:00, afternoon 14:00 - 22:00 and night 22:00 - 06:00)

- Leadership experience, for example as a head chef.
- Able to work in a cold environment of about 10°C.
- Flexibility to work in a 3-shift system (morning 06:00 - 14:00, afternoon 14:00 - 22:00 and night 22:00 - 06:00)
- Comfortable working with the latest technologies.
