Logistics Team Leader - 3 shifts

As Logistics Foreman you are the driving force behind a smooth logistics operation at our Mora production site in Maastricht. Together with your team you ensure receiving, storage, distribution and inspection of our goods are handled down to the last detail.

With a team of about ten motivated colleagues, you keep the whole production process running. It's a responsible and varied role where your leadership, overview and decisiveness make a difference every day.

Your main tasks:

You keep the logistics operation running

• Distribute the work across Dispatch, Goods Receiving and Warehouse
• Keep an overview and make sure quality & safety are always assured
• Spot bottlenecks and solve them straight away with colleagues

You provide direction and leadership

• Provide functional leadership to about 10 colleagues
• Support team members in their development, skills and behaviour
• Contribute to a positive culture and set a good example

You make sure everything's right — now and in the future

• Coordinate with other departments and follow up on agreements
• Report to the Logistics Team Leader and stand in for them when they're absent

You work in a pleasant three-shift rota and your base is Mora in Maastricht.

You bring the following experience and skills as our new foreman:

Knowledge & experience

• MBO-level qualification in logistics or equivalent
• Technical and technological understanding
• Experience with stock checks and product inspections

Safety & alertness

• Strong focus on HACCP and food safety
• You spot deviations quickly and act immediately
• You work accurately and keep an overview

Teamwork & leadership

• You enjoy working in a team
• You know how to engage and motivate colleagues
