Maintenance Team Leader

As Maintenance Team Leader you ensure our production lines keep running optimally. You lead a team of maintenance mechanics, technicians and contractors (15 FTE) on a daily basis. Together you fix breakdowns quickly and safely and make sure preventive maintenance goes according to plan.

You have a keen eye for safety and quality and take an active role in developing your team. You continuously work on improving processes. With your technical knowledge and leadership you can set the right priorities and make decisions even in stressful situations.

A sample of your duties:

• Leading, coaching and developing your team;
• Coordinating and prioritising breakdowns and maintenance work;
• Making sure safety and quality guidelines are followed;
• Monitoring and optimising maintenance plans and KPIs (such as downtime, MTTR and MTBF);
• Working closely with production, QA, suppliers and external partners;
• Reporting on performance and advising on improvements and investments.

• You have a completed MBO-4 qualification in a technical field;
• You have proven experience in leading and developing technical teams;
• You have experience with technical maintenance in a production environment;
• You have strong communication skills and a coaching leadership style;
• You are organised, decisive and have a coaching leadership style;
• You have knowledge of maintenance systems (e.g. Rimses) and relevant safety, health and environmental legislation.

• A good salary between €5,500 and €6,300 gross per month, excluding a 3% year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance;
• A permanent contract from day one with a two-month probation period;
• A full-time role of 40 hours on day shift (36 hours negotiable);
• 40 days off per year (25 holiday days + 15 ATV days for full-time contracts);
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way (maximum €157 per month);
