Maintenance Team Leader

As Technical Services Team Leader you make sure our production lines keep running smoothly. You lead a team of maintenance mechanics, technicians and contractors (15 FTE) every day. Together you fix breakdowns quickly and safely and make sure preventive maintenance happens on schedule.

You focus on safety and quality. You support your team's development and take an active role in improving processes. You combine your technical knowledge with leadership skills and make the right decisions in stressful situations.

A selection of your tasks:

• You lead and coach your team.
• You prioritise and coordinate breakdowns and maintenance.
• You ensure safety and quality rules are always followed.
• You monitor and improve maintenance plans and KPIs. (e.g. downtime, MTTR, MTBF)
• You collaborate with production, QA, suppliers and external contractors.
• You report and advise on improvements and investments.

• You hold an MBO-4 qualification in a technical subject.
• You have several years' experience leading technical teams.
• You have experience in technical maintenance in a production environment.
• You're a strong communicator, disciplined and lead with a coaching style.
• You have knowledge of maintenance systems (e.g. Rimses) and regulations on safety, health and the environment.

You'll be employed directly by us on a contract and we offer you a competitive salary between €5,500 - €6,900, excluding a 3% year-end bonus and 8% holiday pay. We also make sure you have a good work–life balance.

• Immediate permanent contract with 2 months' probation.
