Maintenance Technician (3-shift)

You'll join the maintenance team at our production site in Maastricht. In a 3-shift system you work with fellow mechanics to keep our processes running with as little downtime as possible. You carry out both planned maintenance and repairs on (packaging) machines and installation components.

Specifically:

• You fix mechanical and electrical faults in production, both directly on the line and in workshop modules;
• You carry out preventive maintenance on machines and installations;
• You help overhaul machine parts and replace worn components;
• You work with drawings, electrical and mechanical schematics;
• You record all your work accurately in the maintenance system;
• You help come up with technical improvements to increase reliability;
• You work according to safety rules, food safety standards and internal quality guidelines.

• You have an MBO qualification (level 3 or 4) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a similar field;
• You have experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent in an industrial/food environment;
• You have knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering and pneumatics, and preferably practical experience with PLCs;
• You're a problem-solver, thorough and willing to team up;
• You hold VCA (or are willing to obtain it);

• Salary range: €3.750 – €4.750 including shift allowance (depending on experience);
• 25 days' holiday + ATV days with a full-time contract;
