Operator 3-shift | Helmond

As an Operator you are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. Depending on your experience and the department, you will work as a Process Operator or Packaging Operator. Together we'll see which role suits you best.

You'll be doing, among other things:

• Set up, operate and change over production machines.
• Monitor the production process and quality.
• Spot and fix first-line faults.
• Carry out quality checks.
• Work with the Technical Service on major breakdowns and changeovers.
• Refill and replace raw materials or packaging materials.
• Help improve the production process.
• Work according to safety, quality and hygiene rules.

You like to get stuck in and enjoy achieving results together.

Besides that:

• you have MBO-level education;
• you have experience as an operator or in a production environment, or you’re willing to learn the job;
• you’re technically minded;
• you’re willing to work a 3-shift schedule;
• you work accurately and safely.

Your workplace

You'll start work at Van Geloven in Helmond, better known as Van Lieshout Snackwaren. Around 180 colleagues work together here to make the tastiest snacks in the Netherlands. We are the specialist in frikandellen and also produce hamburgers, minced-meat products and more than 50 different snacks for the professional market.

Our factory runs day and night. With modern, largely automated production lines we produce over 1.2 million frikandellen every day. We combine smart technology with the craftsmanship Van Lieshout Snackwaren has long been known for. Iconic products like the BikFrik are still made here according to an authentic butcher's recipe.

The site is easy to reach. You can park for free in the large car park behind the factory. From there it's about a five-minute walk to the changing rooms. Travelling by public transport? The bus from Helmond station stops almost right outside.
