As an Operator you're the one who keeps our machines running! You make sure everything runs smoothly, keep a close eye on quality and help make tasty snacks. No two days are the same, and with your eye for detail and technical knack you make the difference. You:
- Prepare mixes and ingredients according to the recipe;
- Operate and adjust machines;
- Carry out quality checks and monitor the production process;
- Fix minor faults independently (if needed with help from the Technical Service);
- Keep a clean, safe workplace (5S, HACCP);
- Record production data accurately;
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
You work in a 3-shift system. This means working Monday to Friday and enjoying the weekends off. You work one shift per week (early shift 06:00-14:00, afternoon shift 14:00-22:00, night shift 22:00-06:00).
To give everyone an equal chance for this great and challenging role, we first schedule a phone introduction. After that you'll take an assessment made up of a number of interactive games. You can easily complete this assessment on a tablet or laptop. That way we get a clear view together of whether you have the right skills for the job.

- You have experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry;
- You're technically minded and eager to learn;
- You're precise, hygienic and quality-focused;

At Mora in Maastricht there are currently almost 400 directly employed colleagues and about 100 temporary workers. Mora is therefore also the largest production site of all locations. We work in 4 production halls.
