Quality Controller (3 shifts)

In this role you are responsible for the full range of checks and improvements on the production site. You are involved in:

• Quality control: You inspect and approve raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products according to our standard plans and specifications.
• Process control: You carry out hygiene and process checks and coach colleagues to follow the quality rules.
• Analysing & Reporting: You collect quality data, review KPIs and spot deviations early.
• Improvement: You perform root cause analyses when problems occur and take proactive corrective actions to optimise processes.
• Testing: You take samples for testing and advise the Product Quality & Sensory Lead on all aspects of product and process control.

What does your day look like? You start your shift with a handover from the previous shift. While the production lines are running, you do your rounds: do the snacks smell right, is the texture right and is hygiene on the production floor up to standard? A highlight of your day is the bake tests; you literally test our products for taste and quality. Along the way you talk to the production operators, do some troubleshooting and enter your findings in SAP. You finish your shift with a feeling of satisfaction: thanks to you, all snacks left the factory 100% safe today.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the food industry. You are analytically strong, work independently and are prepared to take responsibility.

• You have at least 1 year of experience in the food industry.
• You have knowledge of food safety, microbiology and quality control.
• You are willing to work in a three-shift system (during the first months you will be trained on day shifts).
• You are digitally proficient and preferably have experience with SAP and MS Office.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken.
