As Senior Key Account Manager at Van Geloven, you are the person who truly drives our growth within Quick Service Restaurants in the Benelux. You build strong, long-term partnerships and know exactly how to translate market opportunities into concrete plans that deliver growth and healthy margins.

You maintain relationships at all levels within the customer organisation and ensure Van Geloven is firmly positioned as a market leader. You understand what is happening in the market, grasp the dynamics of QSR and can turn these insights into smart account strategies.

QSR is one of Van Geloven's major priorities on the road to 2030. We are still at the beginning, but the ambition is to develop QSR into a structural growth engine, in the Benelux and beyond.

Your responsibilities

  • You develop and execute strategic plans that directly contribute to the organisation's growth and profitability, with a specific focus on further strengthening our position within QSR;
  • You are the main point of contact for key accounts at wholesalers and invest in long-lasting, strong customer relationships;
  • You analyse market data and customer insights and translate these into clear, well-founded business decisions with real impact.
  • You ensure distribution expansion and channel activation, in close collaboration with category management.
  • You work closely with internal teams to serve customers as effectively as possible and to achieve shared goals.

As Senior Key Account Manager QSR you are an agile and strategic commercial partner for leading QSR chains. You switch effortlessly between director‑level meetings and operational actions that have a direct impact on your clients' performance.

You understand the dynamics of menu development, LTOs (limited‑time offers) and franchise structures, and know how to seize opportunities in a market that is constantly evolving. Thanks to your analytical ability you translate complex data into concrete commercial recommendations that perfectly match the needs of QSR partners.

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field;
  • 5–7 years of commercial experience in FMCG food or foodservice, including demonstrable QSR account experience;
  • You have a proven track record of acquiring new accounts and building deals from the ground up;
  • Senior‑level counterpart, comfortable operating at director and C‑level;
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, French is a plus;
  • Detail‑oriented, administratively strong and proactive;
  • International experience or a clear ambition to operate internationally.
