As an operator at Mora, part of Van Geloven, you’ll produce the tastiest snacks together with your colleagues. You’re responsible for keeping an overview and making sure the whole machine park runs smoothly. You can expect the following tasks:
- Mixing, blending and preparing ingredients according to the recipe;
- Setting up, operating and converting production lines;
- Playing a leading role in continuous improvement; think 5S;
- Fixing 1st-line faults independently and, where needed, in cooperation with Maintenance (TD);
- Carrying out small-scale preventive maintenance;
- Scheduling technical maintenance;
- Cleaning production lines and machines;
- Recording production data;
- Supervising the zone and colleagues;
- Identifying and reporting deviations;
- Training colleagues;
- Standing in for the assistant team leader.

- You are available for 3 shifts; (morning from 06:00 - 14:00, afternoon from 14:00 - 22:00 and night from 22:00 - 06:00)
- You have solid experience as an operator;
- You're familiar with the food sector;
- You know how to set up and adjust schedules.
