As a Customer Service Agent you are the link between our customers, logistics service providers and internal departments. You ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries run smoothly and any discrepancies or shortages are resolved promptly and satisfactorily. No order leaves the building without your sign-off.

Your working day is varied and dynamic. You have daily contact with customers, coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and liaise closely with Sales and Supply Chain to provide the best service. Even when challenges arise you remain calm and maintain an overview.

You report to the Customer Service Manager Snacking Benelux. The team consists of 9 colleagues and the location for this role is Tilburg.

What will you do?

  • Enter and monitor customer orders in SAP (including special orders such as trade-fair orders, sponsorships or export);
  • Liaise with customers, logistics service providers and internal departments about orders and deliveries;
  • Proactively inform customers about delivery issues and respond to customer enquiries;
  • Monitor shortages and critical stock levels;
  • Identify and follow up on shortages and critical stock positions;
  • Act as a back-up for the administrative handling of customer complaints (quantity and price discrepancies).

  • You possess at least an MBO+ level of education and have several years' experience in a similar role;
  • You work in a structured and accurate manner, remain calm under pressure and enjoy interacting with customers;
  • You communicate clearly and are solution-oriented;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French (German and English are a plus);
  • You are proficient in Excel and MS Office and preferably have experience with SAP.

  • A starting salary between €3.100 and €3.400 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and work experience;
  • 3% year‑end bonus and 8% holiday allowance;
  • A one‑year contract with a view to a permanent position;
  • 40 days off per year (25 holiday days + 15 ATV days for full‑time employment);
