As Field Sales Coach you are responsible for delivering sustainable commercial growth within the foodservice market in Belgium. You lead a team of 5 to 10 regional sales representatives who are active daily in the hospitality sector and chip shops.
In this role you combine a coaching leadership style with a strong commercial drive. You develop and support your team to maximise the value of customer visits, sales cycles and market opportunities. Through your coaching and guidance you raise both individual performance and team results.
In addition you manage your own customer portfolio and are active in generating new business. You are visible in the market and act as a true ambassador for the organisation. With your hands-on mentality and leading by example, you inspire your team and customers.
What you'll do?
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 7 field sales colleagues;
- Strengthen commercial awareness, ownership and CRM discipline;
- Support customer meetings and help capture commercial opportunities;
- Encourage a data-driven way of working and translate insights into concrete results;
- Set up, manage and optimise sales cycles and commercial execution;
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance and identify growth opportunities;
- Translate the commercial strategy into effective actions in the market;
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and wholesalers;
- Actively contribute to new business and deliver growth within the Belgian foodservice market;
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams for optimal impact;
- Report on results and market insights;
- Actively contribute to improving commercial processes and ways of working.
What you bring to the table
- Minimum of 3–5 years' commercial experience in foodservice, including experience coaching or leading a sales team
- You have experience with CRM systems and a data‑driven way of working;
- Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into concrete actions and results;
- You are an inspiring, entrepreneurial and results‑oriented individual who works independently but also gains energy from coaching, and is strong in teamwork and stakeholder management;
- Resilient under pressure, flexible and agile, with a good sense of priorities and team dynamics;
- Fluent in Dutch and French; a network within the Belgian foodservice market is an advantage.

- A starting salary between €66,000 and €73,000 per year based on a full-time employment contract, depending on your knowledge and work experience;
