Your key responsibilities:
- Strategy & Implementation: You develop and implement sourcing strategies that support the current business and anticipate future growth.
- Stakeholder management: You build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across Manufacturing, Product Development, Finance, HR and Marketing to act as an indispensable business partner.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): You manage relationships with strategic suppliers, focusing on risk mitigation and innovation.
- Cost optimisation: You proactively identify opportunities for savings through rigorous negotiations, market analysis and price forecasting.
- Leadership: In the absence of the Procurement Director, you lead and coach the Direct Buyers.
You are a results-oriented professional with a sharp commercial instinct and the persuasive ability to advise at board level.
- You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Procurement, Business or Food Science. A Facility Management qualification would also be a good fit.
- You have at least 7 years' procurement experience within the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on indirect categories, though direct procurement is not unfamiliar to you.
- You are used to working with data-driven models such as TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and 'should cost modelling'.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- You are flexible, Agile and have a 'diversity mindset' to operate effectively in our matrix organisation.

- Salary: A gross annual salary between €78,000 and €98,000, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- Time off: 40 days off per year (25 holiday days + 15 ATV days for full-time employment).
