As a Territory Manager you are the sales and relationship specialist within the foodservice sector in the Liège region. You understand better than anyone the needs of your customers, primarily hospitality and café operators, and know how to translate these into suitable product solutions. With your commercial drive, enthusiasm and product knowledge you persuade entrepreneurs to expand their range and build long-term, valuable relationships.
In addition, you actively maintain contact with local wholesalers. By building strong collaborations with them as well, you ensure optimal availability and distribution of our products within your territory.
You manage your own customer portfolio and work from a well-considered territory plan on both the development of existing customers and the acquisition of new relationships and distribution points. Prospecting energises you; you recognise commercial opportunities and successfully convert them into sustainable growth. Thanks to your proactive approach and strong networking skills you achieve optimal market coverage within your region.
You work in a structured way and are accurate in recording customer and market information. With a high level of CRM discipline you ensure that all relevant data is complete, up to date and recorded on time on your iPad. You are familiar with data-driven sales and use available insights to manage your territory effectively, identify opportunities and set the right commercial priorities.
Your team
You are part of a team of six Territory Managers in Belgium and report to the Field Sales Manager Benelux. In this role you receive ample support and coaching to develop further, both professionally and personally.

There are regular telephone consultations and you meet during team meetings, both online and on-site in Tilburg. This way you combine the freedom of a field-based role with the strength of an engaged and collegial team.
