Yes, at Van Geloven we believe in a good work–life balance. For many office roles hybrid working is possible: you combine days in the office with working from home. This way you benefit from the advantages of collaborating on-site and the flexibility of working from home. During the application process we will discuss which form of hybrid working best suits your role and circumstances.

Our office roles are primarily full-time, but we are happy to explore solutions that suit your circumstances. By mutual agreement, part-time work, flexible hours and hybrid working arrangements can be considered. That way we make sure you can balance your work and personal life.
At Van Geloven you can count on excellent employment conditions. In addition to a market‑competitive salary, you receive 40 days' annual leave (based on full-time), 8% holiday pay and a year‑end bonus of 3%. On top of that there are bonus schemes, discounts on our products and extras such as gym memberships. You will also be provided with the tools to do your job well, such as a laptop and phone, and we invest in your development through training and career progression opportunities.
Van Geloven has several locations, including Tilburg (head office), Maastricht and Helmond. Depending on the role, you will be based at one of these locations. For many office roles hybrid working is possible, allowing you to do part of your work from home.
