Working in shifts

Many roles in our factories are carried out in a 3- or 5-shift system.

That means you alternate between morning, afternoon and night shifts. There's an attractive shift allowance for that. With fixed rosters you'll know well in advance when you're working.

Even if you don't yet have experience with shift work, we'll guide you.

As an operator, you keep the production line running. You monitor quality, fix minor faults and make sure the production process runs safely.
