Onze kantoorfuncties zijn in de basis fulltime, maar we kijken graag mee naar oplossingen die passen bij jouw situatie. In overleg zijn parttime werken, flexibele werktijden en hybride werkvormen bespreekbaar. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat je je werk goed kunt combineren met je privéleven.

Wat zijn de primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden?

Bij Van Geloven kun je rekenen op uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden. Naast een marktconform salaris krijg je 40 verlofdagen (op fulltime basis), 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 3%. Daarbovenop zijn er bonusregelingen, korting op onze producten en extra’s zoals sportabonnementen. Je ontvangt ook de middelen om goed te werken, zoals een laptop en telefoon, en we investeren in jouw ontwikkeling met opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Van Geloven heeft verschillende vestigingen waaronder Tilburg (hoofdkantoor), Maastricht en Helmond. Afhankelijk van de functie werk je op één van deze locaties. Voor veel kantoorfuncties is hybride werken mogelijk, waardoor je jouw werk deels vanuit huis kunt doen.

Working in shifts

Many roles in our factories are carried out in a 3- or 5-shift system.

That means you alternate between morning, afternoon and night shifts. There's an attractive shift allowance for that. With fixed rosters you'll know well in advance when you're working.

Even if you don't yet have experience with shift work, we'll guide you.

Operator

As an operator, you keep the production line running. You monitor quality, fix minor faults and make sure the production process runs safely.
